I booked a dermaplaning facial here today for my fiancée, who is pregnant with triplets as a form of relaxation and self-care. Unfortunately, the experience was stressful and uncomfortable from start to finish. During the treatment, she experienced burning sensations, which is not a normal response during a facial and should have been addressed immediately, especially for a pregnant client. Despite this, the treatment continued. Afterward, she developed persistent itching, heat, and red bumps on her face and is now dealing with skin irritation. This was supposed to be a safe, calming experience, but instead it caused discomfort and concern. Given the price point, we expected a much higher level of attentiveness and care, particularly for someone who is pregnant and more vulnerable to skin reactions. The environment also detracted from the experience. The clinic is located on a corner with very loud construction noise, which made it difficult to relax. Combined with the lack of accessible parking, this added unnecessary stress before and during the appointment. Given the price point, we expected a much higher standard of care and a truly calming environment, particularly for a pregnant client seeking a safe pampering experience. Overall, this experience fell far short of expectations and was disappointing.

This is such a beautiful and clean space. The owner is so kind and knows what shes talking about. I got hair botox done and its been life changing. Highly recommend for my frizzy hair girls

Absolutely love my hair! I went in for a cut and colour and the whole experience was amazing. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and somehow made it even better than I pictured. The colour is so flattering and the cut feels super fresh—exactly what I needed. I felt really comfortable the whole time. I’ve already gotten so many compliments—definitely my new go-to spot!

I've been coming to Katerina at Aura house of aeste\hetics for a few months, and i will continue to be a regular! I came in with a really uneven cut after cutting off straight and dead ends from a perm and Katerina fixed my hair. The hai botox really smoothed out my hair as well, helping with my puffy roots and making my hair so much more managable as a curly girl. its so hard to find a salon that understands curly hair but i really felt that my cut was done so well that i can wear my hair curly and straight.
