Dr. James Ho is a natural healer. He came highly recommended by my personal trainer after I sustained a hamstring injury. His advice, techniques, and depth of knowledge are absolutely brilliant. I always feel noticeably better after each session and would highly recommend his services.

Always feels rushed and not very attentive. Would recommend going elsewhere. Have had much better experiences at VRT and Hornsberger if you’re looking for alternatives

I got a massage with Kira for a few issues and generally very tight muscles. Great results, she really does some magic! I felt much better and more flexible. I like that she is not afraid to put a good amount of pressure to acheive best results but she makes sure that you are OK with it. I recomend booking a 90 minutes for full body massage. She also recomends exercises that she noticed you would benefit from. Also very nice. I saw her twice and will keep coming to her when I need a fix up!

I recently experienced Bell’s Palsy, and along with conventional medicine, I decided to try acupuncture and massage therapy with Tanya. I’m so glad I did — I saw noticeable improvement in just 4 sessions, all within a month of the onset of symptoms. My first session with her was within the first week, which I believe made a big difference in my recovery.
