Beautiful clinic and friendly staff. The doctor was kind and the appointment itself was smooth. However, I was told during the appointment that the steroid injections for my condition were covered by OHIP, so I agreed to proceed. About 10 minutes after the appointment on my way home, I received a call from the clinic saying there was a miscommunication and the injections were actually not covered and that I’d need to pay $75. This was frustrating and felt unfair. Coverage and costs should be clearly confirmed before treatment, not after the fact. Better communication upfront would have made a big difference.

Plus they are incredibly professional and accommodating! From the kind, beautiful manager Bahar and all other staff like Emily with whom Ive done Lazer hair removal and I’m very happy.

Dr Skotnicki is fantastic! I’ve been seeing her for years and have referred to multiple friends and loved ones. She is top notch! The entire team has always been welcoming and easy to communicate with-email, telephone and in person. True professionals.

To start, this location is beautiful. The interior is bright and clean, and gives off very welcoming vibes the moment you walk through the door. My husband came here for an appointment with the dermatologist. Dr. Raghep was very attentive and listened to my husband's skin concerns. She explained things clearly and referred him to a surgeon for follow up. I highly recommend coming here if you need to speak with someone who will listen to your concerns and provide meaningful care. On another note, I enjoyed the music being played in the waiting room. At times, the music was upbeat and felt like I was in a videogame. But otherwise, the softer and quieter lofi beats were nice and calming.

What a beautiful new location !! I had the pleasure to meet Dr Skotnicki's beautiful team, and I must say, this medspa has everything i could ever wish for in terms of services, expertise and also warm & welcoming energy. I can't wait to be back for my next treatment. Wonderful discovery on Bay Street, Toronto really needed a medspa that you know you can trust like this one !
