Very frustrating experience. There seems to be a serious issue with this clinic’s billing system. I purchased a gift card on Black Friday, but due to a system error, the invoice showed a random/incorrect amount. I emailed to ask about it, and after several rounds, the nurse explained the situation and said that the system would be fixed. However, when I went in for my treatment last week, I was told my remaining balance was only $900+ (missing over $200). I had to show them the email from the nurse confirming that my balance was actually $1,000+. The front desk spent quite a while “figuring it out” before finally applying the correct amount. After that, they told me I had around $19 or $20 left (I didn’t hear clearly). I was the last client of the day, the reception desk had already closed, and they even asked me to wait outside for my ride, so I didn’t get a chance to clarify the remaining balance in person. When I got home, I realized my treatment total after tax was $1,130, so I should still have over $50 left on the card. How is the balance wrong again? I emailed the clinic last Thursday to check, and still haven’t received any response. Everyone is busy. I don’t have time to keep going back and forth over basic math errors. If you can’t even manage a proper billing system, you shouldn’t be taking clients. Definitely not recommended.

Dr Skotnicki is fantastic! I’ve been seeing her for years and have referred to multiple friends and loved ones. She is top notch! The entire team has always been welcoming and easy to communicate with-email, telephone and in person. True professionals.

To start, this location is beautiful. The interior is bright and clean, and gives off very welcoming vibes the moment you walk through the door. My husband came here for an appointment with the dermatologist. Dr. Raghep was very attentive and listened to my husband's skin concerns. She explained things clearly and referred him to a surgeon for follow up. I highly recommend coming here if you need to speak with someone who will listen to your concerns and provide meaningful care. On another note, I enjoyed the music being played in the waiting room. At times, the music was upbeat and felt like I was in a videogame. But otherwise, the softer and quieter lofi beats were nice and calming.
