It’s been one year since my breast augmentation. I had my one year post op appointment today and as per Dr. 6ix I have graduated!! LOL. I couldn’t be happier with my results! I cannot speak to the surgery process itself, but what I can speak to is the professionalism and care of the staff during the consultation process. I consider myself a person with high expectations of myself (sometimes unreasonably so). I was interested in a couple of cosmetic procedures to improve some areas that I am self-conscious about. After a thorough pre-screening process, I was scheduled a consultation with Dr. Carolina within a few weeks. While assessing me, Dr. Carolina was exceptionally kind and was so body-positive while speaking to me. She had to call Dr. Jugenburg in for a second opinion, and he was so kind to take time out his busy schedule to take a look. Dr. Jugenburg was friendly. professional, and honest about what results he thought he could give me, and what surgeries would not be possible based on my specific case. The quote provided was fair and honestly, less than I was expecting for a clinic of this caliber. What stood out, however, was that I left feeling so confident in my body and both doctors made me feel very beautiful. It was so refreshing to see a cosmetic surgery clinic that was not all money-driven and provided their patients with realistic and achievable expectations. In the end, I decided not to go ahead with the surgeries nor seek out any second opinions. Dr. Carolina and Dr. Jugenburg allowed me to see beyond my (sometimes unachievable) expectations and have some grace and peace with my body. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone interested in having any type of cosmetic surgery.
