I went in for a service that I had been receiving for over a year. Each time I would go in, I assumed it was part of a package as I only purchased packages. On this day, after I COMPLETED the treatment I was told that I had to pay for it because my package had concluded beforehand. I had no choice so I paid, but I wouldn't have taken the treatment if I had known this beforehand. Treatment was fine, but I was out $220 because of negligence by the front desk staff and this was extremely disappointing. If you have a package, always check how many you have left - the staff may forget to tell you!

I purchased a laser package at The Look Lab for my boyfriend and myself, later adding underarms for an approx. total of $1,500. I personally completed I believe three sessions, but was advised by my doctor to pause any topical procedures while undergoing a separate medical review. Out of an abundance of caution, I followed that guidance. Unfortunately, when I recently tried to resume my sessions, I was told that because it had been over a year, my remaining two or three sessions would not be honoured. I was never informed of an expiry date, nor is it clearly stated on their website that packages expire. While I understand that treatments are ideally done in sequence to maximize results, I believe there should be more flexibility and professionalism when a client has a legitimate medical reason to pause. I was even willing to pay for extra sessions if needed to get results. This isn’t a perishable product—it’s a prepaid service. At the very least, a partial credit or goodwill gesture would have been appropriate. Disappointed in the lack of accommodation and communication from a business that promotes client care. *This said, my boyfriend completed his and was happy with the results. I wish I could also say the same.

I came to LookLab for 6 rounds of laser hair removal with Alex. Although Alex was very nice, the actual results I received were minimal, and after all 6 sessions find that my hair has only decreased by maybe 40%. I know many other people who have thicker hair and have a 90% reduction of hair growth who go to other places. Very disappointed with how much I paid and my results here. Will now have to go to another clinic to continue my laser treatment which is less than ideal. Would not recommend.

I'm not the type to leave reviews but I must say I had an AWESOME experience here! I received a skin analysis (free) from Alex; she is very knowledgeable and advised me on what products to focus on based on my skin analysis results. I also received a few facial treatments from Mia; she was very pleasant and I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. You can tell these ladies are passionate about their work. Will definitely be back for more treatments! Thank you!

I’ve followed Cecile and put my full trust in her and the Look lab. From the second you walk in you can tell everything is super organized and clean! The washrooms are super clean same with the service rooms. My facial with Mia was amazing! The extractor tool a nice touch instead of picking at my pores! I also loved the steam pod she used and the products felt so nice on my skin. I’ll be back! Thanks again!
