I asked for a long hybrid and showed a picture beforehand to show exactly what I wanted and she said it was fine and asked me if I wanted SHORT MEDIUM OR LONG lashes and I said LONG.. she was very rude throughout and yelled in my ear multiple times to give me instructions (close your eyes, scoot up, hold this etc) and I didn’t at all get what I asked for , got a very lazy not long at all half-filled set and payed 120$+…..

I decided to go because i rather have my own personal experience and ignore reviews in general and i wasn't wrong to listen to myself. My eyelashes technician is called Kate and she an ABSOLUTE sweety. She listen and answer every single one of my questions, she was polite, professional and very very clean. Her lashes whispie pose is spot on, it was actually my very first experience and she made it worth it x100000 she even did my eyebrow and gave me exactly what i asked for even better. I usually don't feel confident without makeup but with the eyelashe she did for me, i was able to spend a full day with no makeup without being insecure. I'll go back for sure ❤️ Thank you Kate ❤️

I’ve been coming here for over a year now I lost my previous card which is why this is my first time using the card it clearly states you get 50% off your lashes of a maximum of 100$ off and I went in to gets a Full set and removal and they are now claiming I am only allowed 50$ off but when I first came here I was told the first time I got my lashes I would receive 50% off on my 8th set of lashes! My total was 190$ which following the card means I should pay 90$ they are trying to say I must pay 140$ which is clearly not what’s written on there cards. Scammers lost my business after hundreds have been wasted. I even came back after they glued my eyes shut and damaged natural lashes and poked me in the eye having untrained people doing lashes. I can take mistakes but I will not accept scammers and liers.

I love this place. I've been getting my lashes done there for over a year now and it's always with Samira, my favorite esthetician. If you don't know who to choose, I always advise you to go to her because she knows how to do her job, she explains very well what you need and what to do afterwards to take good care of your eyelashes. Her work is always flawless.

Went here for 6 appointments but my last one was the last time. Even if you are within a two week window they will charge you for 3. Which I find misleading, the last time I got my fill almost all my lashes fell out within a week, it’s been 14 days and this is what my lashes look like after getting a hybrid!! Also, they do not fill every lash for a classic, I often had bare spots and was never really completely happy. The only reason I’m providing a two is because 2 out of 6 times I really enjoyed them and they lasted a decent amount of time. Won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend.
