I have been going to sugaring regularly for massages, and overall the quality of the massage itself is very good. I usually see Veronica, and she does a great job in terms of technique and care. However, I have recently been disappointed with the actual massage duration. I booked a 45 minute massage, but the session did not last the full time. On my most recent visit, the massage started around 3:55 and ended by 4:30. On a previous visit, a one hour session ended about 10 minutes early as well. When I raised this with the receptionist, I was told that there is buffer time for changing. While I understand operational needs, the service purchased is the massage time itself. Clients are paying for the full duration of hands on treatment, not changing time. In practical terms, across my last two sessions, I lost close to 20 minutes of paid massage time while still being charged the full amount. I genuinely enjoy the massages here, which is why I continue to come back, but I do feel this is an important area that needs improvement. Clear alignment between the time booked and the time delivered would make the experience much better and fair for clients. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would love to continue coming here with confidence that the full service time is being honored

My husband and i had an amazing experience. Right from being warmly greeted at the front desk through to when we left the establishment feeling rejuvenated & relaxed. Florence and Guri were very attentive, skilled and efficient. We will 100% return again!

I recently tried the facial and body scrub, and I really enjoyed the experience. My skin felt refreshed, smooth, and glowing afterward. The lady who provided my service was wonderful — very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. One small suggestion for an even better experience would be to add a bit more relaxation during the facial, such as a gentle foot or head massage, to make the service feel extra pampering. Also, allowing the jelly mask a little more time to dry would be great so customers can take it home to reuse. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely come back. Thank you for the excellent care!

I’ve been coming to this location for different services and I haven’t been disappointed at all. This last time I decided to go for a massage and I LOVED it, Veronica was the one in charge of it and honestly she was so attentive, she made sure I had a good experience and I did 🫶🏼 Best 75 min. I didn’t want it to end lol. Overall the attention received from the sugarin team it’s always welcoming. I really like coming to this place.
