I recently completed my laser courses with Sofia, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. From the very first day, she made me feel confident and comfortable, and she explained everything clearly and in detail. The hands-on practice was amazing, and Sofia always took her time to make sure I understood every step, every technique, and every safety protocol. I left the course feeling fully prepared and excited to start offering laser treatments. I pWent in expecting to do a certain treatment but left doing something completely different. I was initially hesitant but decided to trust her advice because she seemed educated on what I wanted…… and I couldn’t be happier. This is definitely an art and they know what they’re doing. I’ll never be able to trust another place with my face. I’ve done lip fillers with this clinic, but unfortunately always ended up having to dissolve them because they created bumps on my lips after about 3–5 months. The first time I got them dissolved, I was told that if it happened again, the next dissolve would be at my own expense — even though I wasn’t satisfied with the results and the bumps were clearly visible on my upper lip. I had originally purchased 1 ml during a promotion. At my first appointment, I used half, but later dissolved it. I decided to give it another chance with the remaining half, thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time. I followed all the aftercare instructions very carefully, yet after 4 months, the same problem returned. Now I just massage my upper lip every morning to try to reduce the bump, but it’s still noticeable. Also, the man at the front desk who told me the next dissolve would be at my expense was extremely rude and condescending for no reason. I also had Botox done on my brows and noticed zero difference — and based on other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one. Not all, but about half of the staff can be quite dismissive if you don’t tip generously. It makes you feel uncomfortable, especially considering how expensive these treatments already are.

I received service from your center, "Elif Dag." Actually, the lack of communication wasn't my fault. On my second visit, I informed your employee of my complaints and attempted to establish the necessary communication. If the lady had taken notes or kept them in mind, she could have reported my complaints to the authorized person. Or if she had told me to come back or call again about this complaint, I would have definitely called. I believe there's a lack of seriousness and communication among the employees. The problem isn't my fault, I refuse to accept that. If you accept that the lack of communication is your fault, perhaps you won't encounter such a situation again. I wish you a good day.

Two months ago, I had Botox around my forehead and eyes and massage Botox. They definitely don't know the correct method. My eyebrows aren't even. I felt terrible pain in my jaw for the first month, and it still hasn't gone away. I want the Botox effects to end as soon as possible! Please God. I've been experiencing the formation of a nodule in my left lymph node for a month. I hope it's not due to a wrong injection. I hope it's just a coincidence. I've never had anything like this before, but since I had Botox at this facility, my health problems have increased. I have terrible jaw, head, neck pain, and the formation of nodules. When I went for a touch-up, I explained my pain and complaints, and they told me they only perform Botox for cosmetic purposes. If they were only providing services for appearance, they could have mentioned this during my first consultation. I've told them I've been experiencing headaches from clenching my teeth repeatedly and that's why I wanted massage Botox. Two months ago, the lady who supposedly fixed my eyebrows and checked with me said she would consult with the doctor and call me to let me know about the pain I was experiencing with my massager Botox, but they didn't. It's really no surprise they didn't call. I paid $1,000 for a service that caused me even more pain. My Botox was already terrible. A money-focused work style. Customer satisfaction is secondary to poor service. It's probably because they don't go back for another one. I don't recommend it, or go and try it. It's up to you 🫡
