I had a really great experience with Keilah! I originally went in for a skin treatment consultation and I was so impressed by how professional, kind, and patient she was. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was so easy to understand. She answered all my questions thoroughly and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I ended up getting a treatment done and I am so happy with how it went. Keilah made sure I was comfortable the entire time and you can really tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. I cannot recommend Keilah enough and I already can’t wait to come back for my next appointment!

I’ve been looking to get a skin refresh and treat some of my concern areas for a while now but was always hesitant until I came across starlight. I booked a skin consultation with Kaye and she v patiently analyzed and heard me out then recommending a plan to tackle and get me the skin transformation I want. She’s super friendly, knowledgeable and her passion in getting people the results they want truly shows! I just had my first microneedling session with her and the whole experience was very comfortable and smooth with minimal discomfort and downtime. I can already feel my skin responding to the session and I’m super excited for what’s to come ☺️ Highly recommend !!

Tbh i came to relax but if im being 100% honest she didnt use any steam on my face before extractions, she didnt use the jelly mask which is what i was most excited about. They also said i had to pay full price of 280 when online it says 50% off and when i booked my appointment the lady told me my total would be 145. They had to check the recording to see i wasnt lying. On top of that, i didnt wanna be rude so i kept having convos with the girl who was doing my facial. But i came to relax and mentioned it to her multiple times and she kept engaging in conversation with me. It was honestly not the best exprience and not worth the money. Overall its clean space but ive had much better facials before. This is my honest review

I had the most amazing Facial with Keilah yesterday at starlight med spa, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She walked me through every single step of the facial, explaining what she was using, why she was using it, and how it would benefit my skin. I really appreciated how informative and knowledgeable she was!! It made me feel confident I was in great hands. Keilah was incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire treatment. The whole experience felt so calming and luxurious, and I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and truly pampered. My skin looks brighter, smoother, and so healthy today. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, caring, and truly passionate about what she does, Keilah is the one to see! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

I visited this clinic for the first time for a skin-care treatment and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, explained everything clearly, and recommended a routine that suited my skin. The treatment felt gentle and professional, and I already notice improvement. I’ll definitely come back.
