GoogleDO NOT BOOK WITH HER!! She scams you into making you pay upfront for all your laser sessions and then when you express dissatisfaction after waiting 30 minutes for her to figure out how to set up her machine, the impact was not like the original sessions I had and then had the nerve to say my expectations are unrealistic and cancelled the rest of my sessions I paid for and offered a refund and never refunded me for 3 months now. She is very unprofessional and does not deliver quality customer service, nor does she care about her clients goal. I do not recommend as my experience was horrible. You know exactly who I am, I do not need to reveal my name. My name does not change my horrible experience with you and of course you take no accountability. Businesses and owners like you need to learn how to run a business properly because this is how you lose clients. Look ladies and gentlemen, she replied in French to my review instead of English.. very professional. You prove my point.
