Spa Perlla in Montreal

It was a terrible experience. During my first visit, I clearly stated that I wanted full-body laser treatment and specified every single area I wanted done. She gave me a price based on that, and I paid. In the following sessions, she demanded extra money for areas that were already supposed to be included, and I ended up paying again. At my next appointment, she even showed up late and kept me waiting outside for half an hour! Customer satisfaction meant absolutely nothing to her — I felt humiliated despite paying so much. Later on, I wanted to start an additional treatment for the acne on my buttocks. She said she could handle it, but during the first session she applied extremely harsh procedures that almost left permanent marks on my skin. Her knowledge, experience, and respect for her clients are completely nonexistent. It’s a total money trap. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Do not go. She lures people in with cheaper prices and then charges extra for every session. She still owes me money for services she never even performed. She is not trustworthy — a scammer.

Absolutely amazing haircut. Freshteh completely understood what I needed — honestly, even better than what I had in mind. The cut is perfect, and I left feeling so good and refreshed. Thank you for always making me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. You’re a gem! I also wanted to thank Ghazal, who takes care of the laser treatments. She is so warm, attentive, and truly knows what she’s doing. I always feel in good hands with her. Wonderful team and wonderful service all around at Spa Perlla!
