Spa Diva in Montreal

The staff and my masseuse was excellent but the spa itself really needs to be renovated. It's a shame because I really like location, the free parking right downtown, the concept of your own private cabin (vs a locker room) but compared to other spas I've been it is looking more and more shabby.

Concerning the massages and environment I give it a 5 star. Concerning management 1 star. Reason is , I came for a massage back on July 30, 2025 with a gift certificate that my kids gave me. When I came to pay with my certificate they couldn t find it. The receptionist Novaflor was trying to find the certificate. After 45 minutes I told her I will pay in full, and you speak to your manager and we agreed she would call me back. After 2 days without a call back I called Spa Diva. She told me that they applied the certificate to my daughter who was the person that gave it to me as a gift. Since we both go to Spa Diva they used her certificate and mine on a different occasion, without telling her. Of course I can t ask my daughter to give me 100$ because Spa Diva made a mistake, so I told Novaflor that I wanted to speak with a manager to get compensation. She said no one was available but someone would call me back. I even wrote a review on their liitle satisfaction card they give you for someone to call me. To this day , no one has called or written back. Very disappointed on mangement service..

FINALLY FOUND PROFESSIONAL WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Hi my name is Angel and if you are scrolling through the reviews wondering if Spa Diva is a reliable place to get a full legs and Brazilian wax, I can tell you this is the place. I have tragically been to many different places to get waxed, from overpriced establishments that do the bare minimum while leaving you unsatisfied, to cheap but criminally painful ones. I sadly am a part of the community of women who experience way too much body hair growth, leading to ingrown hairs and skin irritations from shaving, so getting professional hair removal is very important to me. I won't lie, I was very nervous if Spa Diva was going to disappoint me like all the other establishments I’ve experienced, but I left my appointment with surpassed expectations. First, let me just say it is a maze to find the spa as it’s located in the most confusing mall you will ever set foot in, so make sure to arrive early in order to not be late to your appointment because the staff truly deserve all the respect in the world. Once you do find the spa, which is located on the top floor of the mall near the new EB Games shop, you'll notice it right away for how beautiful the spa is. The amazing receptionist with amazing taste in jewelry will show you to comfortable white couches in the private waiting room where you'll wait (for barely a minute) for your appointment. My first impression of Larissa was how noticeably radiant her energy was. I arrived stressed due to being lost in the labyrinth that was the mall, and she calmed me down immediately with her incredible hospitality and soothing voice. She offered me an espresso and allowed me to freshen up in the washroom (which was private and very clean), then showed me the room she’d be waxing me in. Now if it's your first time getting a Brazilian, let me tell you this is the place and the person to go to. She gave me the privacy to undress (compared to one establishment that did not, which was truly a horror story) and returned to start waxing me. Larissa is by far the best waxer I've ever had. She made me feel so safe and relaxed (due to her amazing calming music playlist and the fact that beds have the option to be HEATED!). Again, I’ve been waxed many times and this was the least painful session I’ve ever had. She did not rush and do a sloppy job at all, it was the complete opposite. She took her time and removed EVERYTHING! I MEAN EVERYTHING. She tweezed out my painful ingrown hairs (caused by those who waxed me prior) and handled my body with the same care a doctor would with a patient going into surgery. She ended each wax by applying some sort of post-wax serum and then let me change. Now if you thought that was the end of my wonderful experience at Spa Diva, you are wrong. After my waxing, I was sent to the second lounge where there was a coffee bar with another receptionist named Rose (who gave me the best customer service experience and had the most beautiful hair). They had delicious chocolate-covered strawberries and trail mix with mini white chocolate chips that were to die for, which I washed down with a refreshing cup of lemon water (truly needed, I was so dehydrated). I am still shocked by how amazing the staff was at Spa Diva. Rose made my day with her charismatic and soothing nature, and Larissa took the best care of me. I will 100% be returning, and Spa Diva passed my personal tests. I'm excited to try and test their other services in hopes they can meet the same standards Larissa set for my experience today.

Stay away!!! Except if you are looking for a shitty stressful experience. Customer service at the reception is completely unprofessional. You would think that a SPA located in a reputable location would operate better. From the booking system to the individuals answering the phones, the. To the arrogance of their front desk staff. Just completely not acceptable. We came to Montreal on vacation and needed to relax; from memory from when we lived here, we thought what better then to go to SPA DIVA… the end result was disastrous. Being rushed and charged for services we didn’t take. What a shame… glad we live in Dubai and none of this nonsense would fly there. Good luck to securing repeat business. This is not going to come from me nor anyone that is from my circle! Best of luck… stay away! For the management… work on your staff and your booking system

I’ve been a regular at this spa for years now, primarily for their back massages, and while it’s always good, it’s not the absolute best I’ve experienced. Recently, I decided to try their salt body exfoliation, and wow, I was genuinely impressed! It left my skin feeling so refreshed and soft—definitely recommend it if you’re looking to rejuvenate your skin. However, while the treatments are solid, the front desk service leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I walk in, they ask if it’s my first visit—really? I’ve been coming for years! I had a frustrating experience recently when I called to book an appointment, only to be told they had no availability that day. Oddly enough, I was able to book the same slot online with no problem. The girls at the front desk really need to step up their professionalism. They’re not helpful, and it seems like they lack basic customer service training. It’s disappointing because the actual services are good, but the front desk staff really need to improve in terms of both professionalism and client relations. Overall, I still go back because of the good treatments, but they really need to work on their front-of-house experience.
