Google0 star if possible. This happened at the beginning of October. They canceled my appointment just one day before, without any explanation, leaving me with no other options since it was too late to book a face drainage massage elsewhere. So, be careful when booking with them.

GoogleI don’t usually leave reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable. I’m writing to express how deeply disappointed I am with the way I’ve been treated. The unprofessionalism and lack of basic respect shown are truly unacceptable. Not only have my appointments been cancelled without explanation, but I was told I never had a booking then ignored with proof entirely when I tried to follow up. This pattern of behavior is not only frustrating—it’s harmful, especially when people come to you for help with health-related issues. It is rude and classless. The only reason I gave them another shot is because I live down the street and was advised to get treatment for medical reasons. When I did go 1 Halfway through my session, another client walked in and demanded my therapist mid-treatment — and they gave her away without my consent. Who does that? I was left with someone else midway through a body treatment — which completely disrupted the flow and felt incredibly disrespectful. No explanation, no apology. Who does that? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. For a place clearly telling you to pay in cash and likely hiring Aliens, the bare minimum should be proper customer service. Thank God I found another place that knows how to treat people.

GoogleTerrible confirms the appointment so i show up but its closed first red flag they even forgot to mention it was under “renovation” so i showed up for nothing, second time same drill again no one is there! Basically They will take your money and disappear. Beware this is at your own risk.
