I did my first fat freezing session with Gemma. She was so lovely and informative about the whole session from start to finish. The space was so clean, cute and they even provided me with Netflix to watch during my session. I wanted to focus on my abdomen as I find that I have difficulty losing fat in that area. I’ve seen instant results with de-bloating but I can’t wait to do more sessions to finally see a bigger difference. I appreciate the team for being so kind and friendly, they truly made the whole experience amazing!

I had an amazing experience with EMS and fat freezing treatments. From start to finish the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional which immediately made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was explained clearly, there was no rushing, and the attention to detail really stood out. The environment was clean, relaxing, and very well organized. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their results. I left feeling confident, supported, and excited about my progress. Highly recommend to anyone considering EMS or fat freezing. Gemma was truly wonderful. I was a bit skeptical about fat freezing and she validated that but also provided backing to all the procedures she taught me about. She was so welcoming and made me feel at home, comfortable and relaxed through the procedure. She was patient and had a great sense of humour which made the experience genuinely enjoyable. I would 100% reccomend visiting Gemma for this work! Can’t wait for my next visit.

I’m so glad that I came to see Ale. She was so kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process from the consultation to every appointment. The treatment rooms are clean and relaxing. I got two sessions of fat freezing with muscle toning and the results were unbelievable.
