I have been to over 30+ skincare and facial places ranging from high end med spas, home based studios to places with huge social media followings, and none of them even come close to the experience I have had here. Nicole’s thoroughness, knowledge and skill is unmatched, and you can immediately tell Nicole cares about her craft. I can only speak for myself but if you’re struggling with acne, Nicole’s treatments ACTUALLY WORK. She takes on treatment of your skincare concerns as if it were her own and all of her suggestions are honest and results driven. Unlike many other places that offer barely acceptable results while charging large prices preying on desperation many people have to fix their genuine skin concerns, there is no corner that Nicole does not explore to ensure your skin will improve… from the treatments she suggests, products custom catered to you, as well as lifestyle and nutritional habits that might be impacting your skin. (Just go read all the info she has on her website!) She is also very present, she doesn’t put you under a lamp for 20+ minutes and leave and her touch is very intentional making every experience feel personal and not just like you’re another person being worked on. Beyond all her skill, Nicole has a kindness that truly stands out. She has made me feel comfortable and respected since the moment I met her, something that I’ve come to realize is rare in this industry. At other places when you’re struggling with your skin, there can be subtle feelings of being judged. Nicole always made me feel comfortable in my skin. Nicole was able to transform my skin in just a few months, something many other places couldn’t do in years. I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her, and I will never stop going to her. I have had such amazing services done by Nicole! She was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and truly passionate about the work that she does! She took the time to explain every step of the treatment, customized everything to my skin's needs, and made me feel the upmost comfortable from start to finish. The spa itself is spotless, modern, and so calming the minute you walk in! You can tell they prioritize both safety and client experience.
