Skin Vector and DunMed Clinic by Dr. Turban in Vancouver

Wonderful doctor. Listened to my concerns and was very professional and kind. Called me the day after my blood test results and was very reassuring while booking a follow up test in a month. She is very intelligent and interested in providing great care. I was not rushed even though I know how busy she is. I felt seen and heard. Very grateful that she is my doctor.

Dr. Turban , is absolutely amazing. Very detailed with her explanations. No telling you things you don't need to know. Just telling you the things you do need to know. Very very professional. Very kind, amazing personality. I highly highly recommend. This Dr. for all complimentary skin care advice and procedures and it really doesn't matter doesn't matter if you're 29 or 59... Dr. Turban is absolutely amazing. My boss was unwell and needed a prescription, so she reached out to Dr. Turban. Even though Dr. was on holiday in Belarus during the holiday season, she called back shortly and took care of everything. What’s even more impressive is that it was the middle of the night for her, but she still made the effort to help. Her dedication and care are truly something else

I had a facial spa massage session at the clinic and it was amazing🤌🏻 I also met Dr. Lana who is a specialist in skin and hair. She was super polite and helped me with all of my questions. My facial was done by Pandora and this girl has magic in her hands! Firstly she was also very polite, welcoming and kind. She also made sure I was very comfortable throughout the session. She told me every step in detail and made sure that I was comfortable with the temperature of steam and everything. The massage was perfect and super relaxing and I would suggest each and everyone to definitely get one done😍

So happy to have found Dr. Lana at SkinVector. Her clinic is very welcoming, clean, and quiet. She is highly professional and definitely an expert at what she does. She really cares about her patients, listens to them and makes friendly conversation throughout the session. Today is my second visit. She welcomes me with warmth and then explains the whole process of what is happening and what will happen over the course of the treatments which really helps with my understanding and managing expectations! Also she takes time to answer all my questions. She is very knowledgeable about skin tones so I feel very safe and comfortable in her hands. She uses a gold standard hair laser technology that can be set to work well with any skin type. She takes time to test to ensure that my skin responds to the treatment well before she proceeds any further. She is very thorough and makes sure she gets each and every area taken care of. She has a lovely treatment room in her clinic and I can say from experience that she is a lovely, caring, and skilled doctor. I highly recommend her. 💕
