I had an amazing session with Polina — truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. We did an upper back massage, neck spot treatment, and a scalp massage. She has an incredible ability to find the exact trigger points in the neck, and it honestly felt like my years of neck tension just disappeared. Polina was also very patient and explained how I can relax and take care of my neck at home. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely relieved. Highly recommend!

I really love how Zachary did the body and facial massage! I don't really like body massage coz of past experience from other spa place but with Retreat and Zachary it was amazing and highly recommend to do a service with Zachary specially if it's your first time and something special treat for birthday(11/22/25)☺️🎁Well done Zachary! I also did mani and pedi with Chloe! Making sure you are comfy and relax. She's really good at doing her job. She treat me like a 👸🏽 Amazing job Chloe. Thank you Retreat.

We dropped by for our 10th anniversary for a couples massage - service was top notch, staff were professional and friendly, and to our surprise, they got us a cake to share once we were done. Fantastic experience, will visit again!

An incredible escape to relax and unwind. I had the 90minute Oxygeneo 3-in-1 Superfacial plus scalp massage with Zachary …and I think I died and went to heaven. I am 46 years old and have never done anything like that before. My skin not only feels incredible but glowing and smoother. I am very happy with the results and loved the kind calmness Zachary brought to the room. My mother in law turns 80 tomorrow and she had the oxygen facial & manicure, while my daughter had a massage and pedicure. We ended the afternoon with champagne and cake… Just awesome. Everyone loved their experience here. I wouldn’t hesitate booking yourself in. We’ll be back!

I left feeling lighter, tension-free, and deeply restored. The spa itself is spotless and serene, with thoughtful touches that make the whole experience feel elevated and indulgent. I especially appreciated the warm, welcoming staff who made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. If you’re in Vancouver and looking for a first-class massage experience, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit.
