Renu Massage Therapy and Spa in Ottawa

I have had many massages and facials over the years however I'd never been to Renu or experienced a Buccal Massage before. I booked at the Wellington location with the masseuse Cindy (RMT) and she is fantastic! My face felt noticeably lifted, refreshed, and rejuvenated afterward, with a healthy glow that lasted well beyond the appointment. I will be back! The spa is meticulous, great service all around. Highly recommend Renu and Cindy!

Had a wonderful session with Robyn. She clearly explained each step of the massage beforehand, which helped put my mind at ease. Throughout the session she checked in about pressure and comfort, and took great care to meet all my needs. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I have just had a great experience with my first facial treatment at Renu. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere - welcoming and cosy. The treatment itself was very pleasant and relaxing. I got clear and specific answers to all my questions about skin care. At the end I also received a list of recommended products for daily skin care, as well as specific instructions on usage. My impression is that a lot of people are used to dental cleaning a few times a year but that's not the same for skin cleansing, at least not for men. Well, now I realize that the latter is also important to do regularly and Renu is a great place to take care of it.

Staff were friendly, the pedicure was an indulgence, colour selection was abundant, the massage was heavenly and the products used were amazing. Our visit has me convinced to make Renu our go-to when we move back to Ottawa later this year.
