Marcela is incredibly kind, gentle, and genuinely attentive, she has a very calming presence and a professional touch so it made the whole session feel both luxurious and very personalized. She explained every step of the treatment, checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable, and gave reasonable recommendations for my skincare. You can really feel how much she cares about her clients! The treatment itself was also relaxing, and my skin looked noticeably smoother and brighter right after. I really like coming to Rejuuv. Everyone is so friendly. They offer suggestions without pushing products or procedures. I’ve done Botox, microneedling, and Pico laser at Rejuuv with treatments by Evelyn, Marcela and Marielle. The studio is clean, and all the staff are warm, professional and respectful of your time. You can tell they truly care about what’s best for you. For my pico, I was ready to book in but they actually told me to wait until fall/winter since sun exposure can affect results and they often offer promos — that kind of honesty really stood out, especially since another Yorkville clinic I initially went to see for a consult tried to push me to do it right away. My Pico results w Marielle were amazing -after one session my freckles were basically wiped out and the microneedling has really strengthened my skin. Highly recommend!
