They offered tea and water while I waited. The service was thorough and pleasant! Diana explained every step of the process and their benefits! Oh and the heated blanket - what a treat! I’ve already booked my next appointment! Highly recommend!

I really appreciate that there’s no upselling or pressure to commit to add ons or products. I highly recommend Mutsumi. She’s very knowledgeable, is prepared and aware of the products her clients are using and does a fantastic job analyzing and treating my skin. I always leave feeling refreshed and with a lovely glow for the day ahead.

GoogleI've been coming to Pure + Simple KW since 2018 for facials (regular, chem peels, microderm, aquabrasion... I've tried them all) and I've always had a 10/10 experience. Over the last 6 months I have done a couple microneedling sessions and I've loooooved the results. I always get compliments on my skin and it's all because of Negar (the only person besides myself who I let touch my face). +1 I find a lot of other spas I have visited push product(s) on you - I NEVER have that experience here, which is a small detail I appreciate. I will say the PS Cleansing Milk is a staple in my routine, but I discovered that myself VS being told I need it.

GoogleI have been going to pure and simple for years! I would say close to 10. Originally I went to the yorkville location but have now been going to see Anna at the King location. Love Anna. She’s very sweet and patient and always has the best recommendations for my skin type. I’m in my 30s and my skin looks better now than it did in my teens and 20s. Would 100% recommend. The girls at front desk are also so nice.
