Make sure you ask for Rosanna if you intend to go here!! She’s super gentle and communicative. Always checks and double checks to make sure you’re comfortable (as much as you can be getting lasered anyway🙃) I was so nervous my first sessions and she made me feel less insecure❤️ Thanks so much, Rosanna! I've been going here for a little over a year for both electrolysis & laser hair removal and I am really happy with the results. Laila is usually the esthetician I go to, she is really nice and professional. She makes sure you are comfortable, and not in pain when doing electrolysis/laser. She is also very thorough in removing all the hairs. I've had some appointments with Rosanna too, and the experience with her is the same. Lisa is really nice and professional as well. During our first phone call, she answered all the questions I had, and she provided more insight on what to expect before going in for a consultation. I would recommend this place for both electrolysis & laser hair removal: the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I’ve been getting my first laser hair removal session with Lisa, and I can honestly say the results have been amazing. I’ve noticed a real difference in my underarms , the skin tone looks more even, the hair that grew back is much finer, and in some spots, it hasn’t grown back at all. Beyond the results, Lisa herself is truly wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, flexible, always smiling, and genuinely loves helping people. I couldn’t recommend her more !!

I've been doing electrolysis at Permanent Hair Removal Center with Lisa, and the experience has been excellent. She's extremely flexible, highly skilled, and creates a very kind and clean environment that puts you at ease. While the pricing is higher than a typical salon, the level of expertise and professionalism is worth it. That said, I’m giving full stars despite the lack of pricing transparency, which seems like a deliberate marketing choice.
