I always have such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jalali and his staff. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and makes me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment. He takes the time to listen to my goals and explained everything in detail so I feel confident in my decision. Dr. Jalali is one of the most excellent doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. I say this as a nurse who has many years under their belt and has met many doctors along the way. Dr. Jalali is extremely transparent and has nothing but your best interest at the front of his mind at all times. I personally experienced this when I was going through serious and unexpected health concerns - At this time, I already had an appointment booked at One Clinic MD. When I went to my appointment, I filled Dr. Jalali in on the recent diagnosis I had received. Dr. Jalali advised that I re book my appointment with him and not be treated that day - he believed that my results from his treatment would not last as long due to the medications i was receiving for my illness. If this isn't a prime example of a physician wanting nothing but the best for his patients, then I don't know what is. On that day, Dr. Jalali had no capital motives - he cared about me and my happiness/ satisfaction and my health, not money going into his pockets. His staff were also unbelievably amazing, polite, welcoming and professional. When I did see Dr. Jalali for my re-booked appointment, he was equally kind and welcoming, and so were his staff. I could not be happier with the results of the treatment that was provided by Dr. Jalali that day. I have been to other aesthetic establishments before, and they do not even compete with the results I have seen from my treatments at One Clinic MD. One Clinic MD is now, and forever will be my go-to clinic.
