I’ve been a client at this place and want to separate two things clearly: the quality of treatments and the way communication is handled. On the positive side, the services themselves are excellent. The treatments I received were always high quality, and I have no complaints about the technical or professional level of the work. I also fully understand and accept their cancellation and late arrival policy, including full payment for missed appointments. My work and travel schedule is very hectic, and whenever I couldn’t make it, I always informed them in advance and never argued about penalties or tried to avoid paying them. Where my experience became negative was in the communication and attitude during my last interaction. The way the situation was handled felt confusing, inconsistent with the email confirmation I had received, and the tone came across as rude and disrespectful rather than professional. I would have much preferred a straightforward, polite message confirming that I’d be charged the full cancellation fee and that they no longer wished to continue our professional relationship, instead of the way it was delivered. So to summarize: great service quality, but the communication I experienced was unnecessarily hectic and unrespectful. The same policies and decisions could have been enforced in a much more polite and respectful way.

I’ve just recently finished a series of treatment for veins in my leg that have almost fully gone now thanks to Ellie. I've been going to NuAGE for over a year now for laser hair removal, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The results have been amazing — better than I expected — but what really sets this clinic apart is the care and professionalism of the team. Ellie, the owner (and one of the technicians), is truly wonderful. She’s so kind, welcoming, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. At the start of every appointment, she goes through a detailed checklist to track your progress since your last appointment, check for any irritation, and make sure everything is going smoothly. During the treatment, she checks in often about pain or discomfort, and the day after your appointment, you get a follow-up email to make sure you’re still doing well — such a thoughtful touch! I've also had sessions with other technicians throughout the year, and every single one of them has been fantastic — professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. Nicole, the clinic manager and receptionist, is the first friendly face you see when you walk in. She's always warm, cheerful, and so genuinely kind — she really sets the tone for the whole experience. Honestly, everything about NuAGE is 10/10 — the people, the results, the atmosphere.
