I had such a great experience at Nexx MD in North Vancouver! The office is absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Azin did my Clear + Brilliant treatment, and she was amazing, so knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. You can tell she’s very well educated and truly cares about her clients. I had a wonderful experience at Nexx MD. The clinic is very clean, beautiful and modern inside. All the equipment is new and well taken care of. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and make the intake process easy and comfortable. I was offered coffee or tea while settling in, and they took the time to explain the procedure, process and forms to me thoroughly. I did a Morpheus 8 treatment with Azin, who is very knowledgeable and experienced. Azin used numbing cream on my face for pain management, and I was also offered pronox as an option. Azin recommended future treatments tailored to my individual needs, and I have already booked my subsequent treatments with the clinic. Highly recommend!
