I had such an amazing experience with Mirna! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I did both laser and electrolysis treatments with her, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and always maintained a clean and welcoming environment. So far so good! Since February ,I’ve been going to Tatiana for electrolysis. I go every week. I definitely see a reduction in amount of hair, but it’s a marathon not a sprint. I’ll provide an update next year. She is very responsive and professional, anytime I feel a little pulling she adjusts the machine. I really appreciate how easy it is to book online and their flexibility when it comes to squeezing people in at the last minute.
