Shannon is often who does my laser and she does an amazing job. Always attentive, makes sure that you're comfortable and that we have the proper setting. She always checks in to make sure the results are what you want/are expecting. Even if she is away and another tech is handling it, they all do a great job as well. I highly recommend this place and her for any laser treatments.

I had a very disappointing experience with New You Clinic. I went for a body sculpting treatment, and unfortunately, it caused a visible dark spot on my skin that hasn’t improved even after more than three months. I reached out to the clinic several times by email, but they never responded. I feel they take your payment quickly but don’t take any responsibility when something goes wrong. It’s really upsetting ,I trusted them, paid a lot of money, and ended up with skin damage that still hasn’t healed. I’m sharing my experience (and photo) so others can make an informed decision before going there.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at the Yonge & Davisville location. I went in there having no experience with any type of procedure cosmetically & I was hoping I wouldn’t feel out of place. It was far from that. I felt 100% completely welcomed by all the staff there & especially felt comfortable dealing with Shannon who was doing all the procedures for me. She was very genuine, down to earth & kind and explained everything that was being done in a thorough manner. I would definitely go to her again in a heartbeat & I would specifically love to return to this location. Thank you so much!
