Very Disappointing and Unfair Experience I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic. My original appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to a longer one because it was my first visit — which I thought was thoughtful and meant the doctor would actually take the time with me. The assistant was kind and clearly explained that since I was coming for Botox, I wouldn’t be charged a consultation fee — just the Botox. When I saw Dr. De Souza, I mentioned I was breastfeeding, and she said I couldn’t have the treatment (which I understand — I didn’t know beforehand). I said I’d come back after I stop breastfeeding. At the front desk, they asked how I would like to pay. I was shocked — I had no treatment, and the appointment lasted under 10 minutes. I was told that since no treatment was done, it now counts as a consultation, and I had to pay $170. I asked if I could at least speak to the doctor again and use that time to ask about my moles or other concerns since now I was being charged for a consult. I was told the doctor “didn’t have time” — even though she originally requested extra time for this first visit. I felt completely dismissed and forced to pay for a service I didn’t receive. As a new mother trying to do something for myself, this experience left me in tears. I saved up for this appointment as a small act of self-care, and instead I lost money for nothing in return. I don’t recommend this clinic — it felt unfair and unprofessional. Charging someone for a consultation they were told they wouldn’t be paying for — especially when they didn’t get any advice, answers, or service — is just wrong. Very disappointed.

Be aware of Dr. Ohyon. Her bedside manners are terrible. And I feel that I got scammed. If only I could give no stars. Her secretary also behaved extremely rough. I would like to know where my $2800 went to because I don't have results. NONE! Plus she doesn't give follow ups. And when I complained, her secretary told me you are no longer welcome in this office, She needs to be accountable and under investigation. Plus her time was very short and quick in her office. Therefore, no witnesses. Again I urge people to be very careful with her especially with seniors.
