I would not recommend going there. In my experience, the owner’s behavior is very difficult to deal with, and her attitude comes across as entitled and unprofessional. I sincerely hope she reflects on her actions and improves, for her own sake and for the sake of her business. I hope she can think to better character and better treatment of others. As it stands, this establishment does not show the professionalism or respect that clients deserve.

Loved my first time going there, got the most perfect russian manicure. However, my recent experience was nothing like the first time. They were done super rushed and with no care. I asked for russian manicure and I got a regular shellac manicure. My cuticles were not clean and the polish was put very badly. It is day two and my nail already started chipping from the side.

It’s a nice quiet salon and the quality of the nail service is pretty good, but have a sad selection of colors and shimmers. My nails last up to 4 weeks which why I liked this place and went back a few times. However if you’re like me and enjoy cool colors, shimmers or nice nail art this is not the place for you, they have limited options. I spent 143$ for manicure and pedicure. With my previous manicures I got basic colors and it lasted 4 weeks so I was happy. This time I showed her a few inspo pictures and flowers I want for my photoshoot in Jamaica and she told she could do them. When we got to the nail art I even drew for her on my phone the design that K want. She insisted to trust her and she’ll so smtg similar (french flowers). So I trusted her and that was my biggest mistake. My nails are super basic the flowers are way smaller than any of the pictures I showed her. When I told her I want more flowers she said “no, trust me simple is better otherwise it’s too much”. I insisted and so did she, I didn’t want to argue so I stayed polite, said thanks and left. But the more I wear these nails to more upset I am I didn’t get the service I requested. I selected their summer promo at 40$ for pedicure when scheduling online but they still charged me 50$, which is fine but the nail polish on my toes were ruined the same day because she put 3 layers of nail polish which was too thick to dry properly before I left the salon although I stayed as long as she told me in the foot dryer. Overall my nail art experience sucked, I will attach a pic of cool nails I get for 90$ VS the basic nails I got. Truly my mistake for trusting the nail tech, in the past I trusted nail techs as they are artists and they usually give me something close to my vision, but Louda imposed her taste and vision on me. Although she’s very kind, gentle and good at technique I was very disappointed by my last visit and now have to spend more money to fix my nails before my trip.

Great service!! I literally will not see anyone other than Alexia for my nails she's amazing. My gel has lasted up to over 4 weeks WITHOUT any chipping of lifting, and she's also amazing at designs! The salon has always been very clean and they've taken extra measures to make it covid-safe for everyone. The service is always so great and they're the very affordable/ decently priced for nail designs, other places that I've been to you're paying an arm and a leg for simple designs.
