Disappointed because I came all the way from coquitlam to check this salon out. I got regular polish this time because I just wanted to take a break from gel for abit since im tired of that "heavy" feeling on my toes. The lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and I think shes just tired and wants to go home. It felt like she rushed through the shaping and the polishing. I knew it wasn't dry enough but she insist that it'll be okay and soaked my toes in oil maybe hoping it wont rub through my socks ? Their hours was till 7pm and it was 6:30 pm they wanted me to leave so they could close the store ? Also they turnt off some of the lights. Maybe change their hours till 630 pm instead or is it my fault I didn't book an earlier time? Lol Anyways I got home and of course the polish has streaks its matte and polish wasn't done properly. Besides that the chairs were super comfy But I could've went to a regular chop shop nail salon for this look :/

I had a manicure & pedicure done at L’ atelier Beauty & Spa today that was a great experience. The ladies who worked on my hands & feet were very nice & professional; the atmosphere was relaxing & not rushed. Now my nails look fantastic & my skin feels rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place!

I booked a Deluxe Pedicure at L’Atelier and had such a unique and memorable experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The ambiance was calming and elegant, and every detail felt intentional. The pedicure itself was luxurious — not just a treatment, but a full experience. The technician was gentle, professional, and meticulous, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. This was one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had, full stop. I’ve tried a lot of salons in Vancouver over the years, and L’atelier truly stands out in terms of quality, attention to detail, and overall vibe. The space is bright, beautiful, and spotless. Everything feels calm, elevated, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they care about your comfort as much as your nails! I booked a hard gel fill with full cuticle care and custom nail art, and Jenny (my tech) was an absolute angel!!!! I showed her a reference photo that involved picking six different colours, and she matched them instantly, it was like magic!!!!! She was so precise, kind, and really listened to what I wanted. I’d also previously had issues with burning under the curing light at other places, and she adjusted everything without me even needing to explain much. No burning at all!!!!! Just smooth, gentle care. It was a bit pricier than a basic fill, but honestly? Completely worth it. The time, effort, skill, and products they use really show. My nails turned out perfect, and the final touch with Chanel lotion at the end was such a lovely detail. If you're looking for a place that takes nail care seriously and makes you feel truly pampered, this is it! Thank you for such a lovely experience!!
