I went to IVONNE for laser tattoo removal on a very small tattoo. The price was shockingly high for what was done. I paid $226 for a follow-up session that took at most 10 seconds of actual laser time. For such a tiny tattoo, the cost felt completely disproportionate. The service itself was fine, but not exceptional. Nothing bad, just very average, especially given the premium pricing. What really bothered me was how the treatment was sold. I was told it would only take a few (5-7) sessions, which is not realistic. In reality, tattoo removal almost always takes many sessions, often 10 or more. At over $200 per visit, that adds up very fast. It feels misleading when you only realize the true cost once you are already locked in. Parking is also a headache. The location inside Place de Ville is hard to find, and parking instructions are confusing. Between navigating downtown traffic and the garage, it adds stress to an already expensive appointment. They also take a non refundable deposit and have very strict cancellation policies, so be very sure before you book. If you change your mind, you will lose your money. After this experience, I compared prices and ended up going elsewhere for tattoo removal with the same laser technology. The difference was huge. Better pricing, clearer expectations, easier location, and overall better value. Everything at IVONNE, including facials and cosmetic treatments, is extremely expensive. Their prices are hidden online for a reason. Do your research before booking, compare clinics, and do not assume higher price means better results. The marketing is strong, but the value is not there. Saying “we are not the right fit for everyone” and framing your clinic as “premium” or “referral-based” comes across less as an explanation and more as a way to dismiss valid feedback. Clinics are healthcare and cosmetic service providers. They are not exclusive clubs. Language like this feels unnecessarily condescending and avoids engaging with the substance of the concerns raised. To clarify a few points: • Your clinic is heavily advertised online. That is not consistent with a referral-only model. • Strict cancellation policies and staff wages are operational choices. They do not justify pricing that feels disproportionate to the service delivered. • The four to six month spacing you describe is not unique. The same interval and laser technology are offered at other clinics at a fraction of the cost. • Three sessions over roughly a year to a year and a half for near-complete removal can be entirely normal depending on tattoo size, age, and ink density. It is not evidence of a proprietary or exceptional protocol on its own. My issue was never about “price alone.” It was about transparency, value, and expectations. Those are reasonable things for any client to question, regardless of budget. Your response says far more than my original review. Anyone reading it can decide for themselves whether this tone and approach align with the experience they want when seeking care.

I simply wish to convey my sincere thanks to Ivonne for the work done on my eyebrows, she undoubtedly changed my life! No longer do I have to draw my eyebrows every morning, sometimes with different results... My brows look natural, the colour is perfect (even if I was not sure after the procedure). I received numerous compliments from my friends and I could not be happier. Again, a huge thank you to Ivonne for her professionalism, kindness and talent. Even after the age of 70, it is worth it. I purchased a high-value service package at IVONNE. After receiving a doctor’s note that made it unsafe for me to proceed, I requested a refund under the clinic’s own policy that disqualifies clients when treatment is contraindicated by medical advice. Despite repeated requests over more than six weeks, my refund has still not been processed. When I was purchasing packages of this value, I was treated with warmth and attentiveness. Once my health changed and I requested a refund, the customer service became, in my view, extremely poor. Communication was difficult, and I even received messages I personally found intimidating, discouraging me from sharing my experience. Since then, I have also read reviews on independent platforms, such as the Better Business Bureau, that describe experiences similar to mine. This has only deepened my concern. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering this clinic to research thoroughly and review all available feedback before committing to a large financial package. Update November 2025: IVONNE has now issued a full refund after confirming that the refund policy was not properly disclosed at the time of purchase. The issue took considerable time and documentation to resolve, but it was ultimately handled professionally and fairly. I appreciate that the business corrected the oversight, and the matter is now fully resolved.

I stumbled upon IVONNE while researching cosmetic tattooing for 20 year old self harm scars, I reached out as they offer this service. I went in for a consultation with Ivonne herself. After some discussion, Ivonne ended up recommending laser therapy over the tattooing. She presented her resoning behind the reccomendation so to ensure I understood the suggested alternative from a clinical angle, and it made a lot of sense so I went ahead with that and purchased a treatment package. I'm on treatment 4 out of 5 and I'm very happy with the results so far. There is a huge difference in the colour and texture of these old scars of mine, and I'm so grateful she made this reccomendation. I would reccomend Ivonne and her team for so many reasons. The customer service from all staff members has been incredible, but that's just the beginning. What impresses me the most is Ivonnes commitment to continuing education and investing in the treatments offered at her clinic as new science and tech becomes available in the Medical Aesthetics feild. She's definitely a "nerd" in her professional sphere (I say this with all my love, as a nerd in my own right) and has her finger on the pulse of her industry, always learning about new ways to help her patients achieve the results they are working toward. IVONNE offers more than just beauty treatments, although they have mastered those as well. For me, this clinic and Ivonne have helped me close a difficult chapter in my life, with not only the necessary skills but also incredible compassion and care upon intake, during and after each treatment. This week I had the most incredible Sculpt Facial with Stephanie at IVONNE We focused on releasing lymphatic fluid retention, reducing redness, and bringing back a fresh, radiant glow. The treatment blended exfoliation, extractions, fascial stretching + lymphatic drainage (including buccal massage) to sculpt and de-puff. I love the balance of medical-grade results with the feeling of a luxurious spa facial. Stephanie was so informative and answered any questions I had about my skin.
