I’ve been coming to ID Cosmetic Clinic since 2017, so I’m truly a long-time client. Every treatment I’ve received here has been incredibly effective, and the results have always impressed me. Dr. Xu is extremely professional and skilled, and the whole team is warm and attentive. I especially want to highlight my aesthetic specialist, Ling. She is absolutely wonderful — super reliable, highly skilled, and incredibly gentle and caring. Whether it’s luxury facial, or any other treatment, she is exceptionally professional and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I trust her completely and can’t recommend her enough. The service at ID Cosmetic Clinic is consistently excellent, and every visit leaves me feeling relaxed, well cared for, and genuinely satisfied. Definitely one of the best clinics out there!

PLEASE BEWARE of the ethics and sales tactics of this clinic. Dr. Xu has a tendency to keep adding more and more fillers. My friend and I went in for a consultation together and I was recommended 4 syringes while my friend was recommended 6 syringes at $890 a syringe for facial balancing. She went absolutely HAM during the procedure and instead injected us with 9 and 11 syringes respectively without even telling us she is injecting more than quoted. We didn’t find out until she handed us each a bag full of empty syringes used during the appointment to pay at the front counter. The cost obviously came as a shock since it was double the quote. The attached picture of syringes is how much went into my face in ONE SESSION. Dr. Xu works based on her style and opinion of what looks good. That being said, the injection result was still decent, just much more extreme than I wanted or expected. I experienced no complications afterward. If you’re open to a big transformation and have no limits on budget then this clinic may be for you. Personally, this was not a good fit for me. EDIT: I’m bumping this review up by one star to add that the doctor and staff were friendly during the appointments. However I cannot with sincerity give a higher rating than this.

They took the time to understand my needs and provide personalized recommendations. The treatment I received exceeded my expectations, and I’m already seeing amazing results!
