I booked a massage for my son, who is a high-level hockey player, and the experience with Juan Carlo has been outstanding. From the very first session, Juan Carlo was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to understand my son’s specific needs as an athlete and made sure he felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire session. The massage itself was exceptional. Juan Carlo’s technique is both skilled and intuitive, he knows exactly how to address muscle tension from intense training while still making the session relaxing and restorative. My son always leaves feeling looser, refreshed, and ready to perform at his best. We’ve been so impressed that we now go every few weeks. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who is talented, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, I can’t recommend Juan Carlo enough.

My daughters gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. I wasnt familiar with this spa but I was with the location as I lived in the condominium behind it for 7 years! The decor was very tranquil and welcoming (a taciturn man was sitting in one of the reception chairs both before and after my session - he was one of the therapists. Please note that, imho, his presence detracted from the ambience) Devon Ho gave an amazing hour deep tissue massage. He focused on my problem areas and in his summary provided some exercises that will help. He was a a delight to talk with. I would definitely come back!

I had an appointment with Ralph a few weeks ago, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great massage experience. Before the session, we had a brief chat where he took the time to understand my specific concerns. He then tailored the massage based on those needs, which made a big difference. After the session, Ralph provided me with some exercises I can do at home to help improve my posture and address any ongoing issues. Overall, I’m really impressed with HealFlow and Ralph's expertise. Highly recommended!

I had my first appointment today with Ellyssa, and I highly recommend it. She was so kind , gentle. Her massage techniques were unique and amazing. I felt very positive as I came out of the session. She understood the key areas I had issues with and worked on them so effortlessly. Also, the vibe of this place is so calming. You will feel it as soon as you enter. Loved it
