I would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing service, beautiful, clean and soothing ambience. The staff is super knowledgeable, polite and professional. Abby did my treatment and she was really personable and gave me exceptional recommendations.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had getting a facial. I am actually shocked at how unprofessional and just plain rude my esthetician was. I have some stubborn blackheads on my nose that keep coming back but all in all are barely visible and when she saw them she acted like it was the most disgusting thing she had ever seen and kept repeating how she couldn't believe I let it get like this and making disgusted noises while extracting. She also barely touched my face for the first half hour and spent the time monologueing at me about her experience working in plastic surgery, what mascara she uses and basically anything but the actual service. When she did ask me questions she had to repeat them multiple times because she wasn't listening to my answers. She asked me FOUR times what products I use and that was something I had already answered in the intake survey (the same survey where I had requested a silent appointment). Yet somehow I was charged over $100 in 'upgrade services' which i don't know how there was possibly time for but at that point I just wanted to get the hell out of there so I took the L. She was also chewing gum the whole time, which I understand is a petty thing to complain about, but when someone is that close to your face loudly smacking gum for an hour it's pretty unpleasant. The staff at reception were great and the facility was nice but this was just such an upsetting experience that I can't see myself ever going back. I actually had a different service booked for later in the week that I cancelled as soon as I got home.

Customer service wasn’t my cup of tea. We arrived 10 minutes before our massage and got let into the massage late; we lost time on what was supposed to be a 50 minute massage as a result of the slow check in process. During checkout I paid, and the person at the front desk told me to sit while they served other clients (to be clear service should be complete for a customer before moving on to the next). I found the whole front and back end of the experience to have ruined my experience and I wont return.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience here was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in, and the receptionist was surprisingly rude throughout the interaction. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I definitely won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Edited: While the staff are 5/5 for service & expertise the physical condition of this location is a 1/5. They need to update the 1990's look and feel. There are no mirrors (or one tiny 5x5 inch one) so after a facial or massage before you go back into the world you cannot look at yourself. The decor is ikea circa 2000 and so bad. The ceilings have tin foil on them for reasons unknown. And the carpets look like they need a deep clean. It's not an environment you want to spend time in 'pampering' yourself. The owners need to invest in this space because it's quite bad. Old: I had an amazing facial with Abby. She was very knowledgable and kind, and I knew I was in the hands of an expert. Left with glowing skin!
