Whatever you do DONT GO HERE the piercer cannot handle critism, I had gotten my tragus and conch pierced with a curved barbell, I was worried at first and she brushed it off. Later on I noticed an infection starting on both piercings, I contacted a local piercer and they had said that it is highly infected and rejecting because it is the wrong piece of jewlery and it should of never been pierced with a curved barbell, When contacting the piercer they were rude and told me that I needed to soak my piercing 3 HOURS a day… Which after doing more research it said you should never soak for that long. Unprofessional and now I have to take out both piercings.

They took my money for nothing, unhygienic and terrible customer service. I went there today to get a piercing on each earlobe and the piercer put a dot on only one ear and wanted to pierce first before going to the other side. When I kindly asked him to dot the other side before proceeding so I could see what it looks like he got aggressive and defensive and told me “I don’t come to your job and tell you how to do yours” when I simply requested for a dot on the other side. It’s unhygienic to sanitize and pierce one side then do the other and I just wasn’t sure about the placement, there is an order every piercer has to follow. I was very uncomfortable at that point so I said I changed my mind about the piercing and headed out. And when I asked for my money back the lady at the front told him to “just make up a number” and they didn’t give me back 25 dollars. When I asked why they said it was for the supplies they used. I was robbed but thankfully I didn’t go through with the piercing there because who knows how it would have turned out and I was just very uncomfortable. Instead I went to Silverline Tattoo & Piercing that’s basically across the street and got my piercings done there by Evelynn and she did a fantastic job. Very hygienic and she communicated the whole process thorough and explained things I didn’t know about piercings before. Very informative and professional. I URGE YOU PLEASE GO TO HER INSTEAD

I got these two done as my first tattoos and the experience was great! Ali was the one who did them and she was amazing. Nice place definitely getting more done there eventually.

Got in a party of 8 walk in at 10 pm. Great customer service. Owner is the best!!! So good at documenting memories of a good time. Tattoos were also great, artists are so chill and great work. Highly recommend 🥳

From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my ideas and provided options based on a few different pieces I showed them.
