I got the all in facial done by Amber and she was amazing! The spa was super clean and cozy and the whole experience was relaxing. She explained every step clearly, and my skin feels so clean and glowy. She’s truly great at what she does. Highly recommend!

First time at Summer hill Tiana was at the front and helped me to my room. I went for Red light therapy. She was patient professional. Even when she had to deal with several people at once she kept her composure and genuinely made sure everyone was attended too. Top notch warm service.

Note: Complimentary Invite I had the pleasure of visiting Formula Fig's Summerhill location, courtesy of a complimentary invite after experiencing their services at the Ossington spot from a brand event Sliick x Formula Fig. I got to try the Light Therapy Boost Self-Serve Facial, and overall, it was a positive experience with a few minor areas for improvement. The self-serve aspect of the facial was straightforward and easy to navigate, which made the process smooth and enjoyable. I appreciated the fact that I never felt rushed throughout the appointment, giving me ample time to enjoy the treatment at my own pace. The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment right from the moment I stepped in. They were very attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for my session and answering any questions I had with a smile. The space itself was quite comfortable, which added to the overall relaxation factor. Formula Fig’s Summerhill location is beautifully designed, with a clean, modern aesthetic that’s both inviting and functional. It’s in a great neighbourhood too—Summerhill is such a lovely area, which makes it easy to pop in and grab a service while you’re out and about. While the facial itself was enjoyable, there was one minor inconvenience during the process. The facial chair and sink were positioned very close to each other, and the sink was slightly too low for comfort. This made the face-washing part a bit awkward, as I had to bend over or half-sit in an uncomfortable position to avoid getting water everywhere. At one point, water dripped down my sleeves, which wasn’t ideal. It’s a small detail, but having the sink at a more comfortable height or offering a different setup could definitely improve the overall experience. That said, one thing I really loved was the headband provided for the facial—it was not only functional but also super cute. I ended up purchasing one on my way out because it was just too good to pass up! Small touches like that show the thoughtfulness behind the service and products offered. In conclusion, my experience at Formula Fig Summerhill was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly, the service was easy to follow, and the location was perfect for a relaxing stop in the day. If they could adjust the setup around the facial sink to make it more comfortable, it would enhance the experience even further. I'm looking forward to coming back to try some of their other services, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a quick, relaxing boost for their skin. xx kellychan360

I got the Lift + Tone with Jade and my skin is GLOWING. She did an excellent job walking me through what to expect from the facial and answering any questions I had. The service was so relaxing and my skin feels and looks incredible. I will be back and highly recommend!
