Every time I visit, the team takes such incredible care of me and always keeps my specific skin concerns in mind when completing my facial. I truly feel listened to, never rushed, and consistently leave feeling confident in my skin. A special shoutout to Victoria, who patiently sat with me while I (literally!) talked for over an hour about my sensitive skin. She took the time to thoughtfully curate a skincare approach tailored to me, and it is genuinely saving my skin. Her knowledge, patience, and care made the entire experience exceptional. I’ve been coming to Formula Fig Summerhill for a while now and it’s consistently one of the best self-care appointments I book for myself. The space is calming and professional, and the treatments feel genuinely personalized. Lauren G does my facials and she is exceptional. Every appointment is customized and she explains what’s happening without making you feel like you need a dermatology degree to exist. The results are consistent: clearer texture, brighter tone, and overall healthier skin that lasts beyond the immediate post-facial glow. 10/10 will always let her judge my pores again and again. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

Had the best time with Lauren! I got the Hydrafacial treatment and it was exactly what my skin needed. The dry Toronto weather had my face feeling irritated and tight, but after the treatment my skin felt deeply hydrated. I could actually feel the moisture back in my skin, which made such a difference in how comfortable my face felt. Lauren was amazing and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you! I got the all in facial done by Amber and she was amazing! The spa was super clean and cozy and the whole experience was relaxing. She explained every step clearly, and my skin feels so clean and glowy. She’s truly great at what she does. Highly recommend!
