Förena Cité thermale in Montreal

First time at this beautiful spa.and will return. Very clean and not over crowded. Very peaceful and quiet. Lovely restaurant with healthy dishes.

I had a solid experience at this spa. Very friendly people, lovely restaurant with healthy dishes (portions may be bigger but acceptable) and cocktails. Enough variety in the saunas and you can stay as long as you want. It's not the biggest surface so I suggest to go during the week if you can, or pick a weekend when the weather is not so nice. I did bring extra towels for the shower. You only get one and, even when they let you change it out when wet, it's too small to dry my hair and my body after a shower. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.

Group of 4, went on a Wednesday. We all had the thermal experience, massages, and dined at the restaurant. The desk staff was very welcoming. The lady at the towels counter was a sweetheart and very helpful. My therapeutic massage with Justine was excellent. My meal was beautiful and delicious! I was very impressed. The grounds were very clean, except I found a long, sharp screw on the floor of the locker room, which was quite dangerous. Also, because of my health condition, I couldn't do the sauna or steam room, so I planned to spend most of the day at the main pool, but it was closed. That was a big disappointment. Nevertheless, the rest of my experience was fantastic so I would still consider returning.

This is an amazing and beautiful spa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The amenities are top-notch, and the service is excellent. I had a great massage that left me feeling completely relaxed. The food was delicious, supporting healthy and local products. I highly suggest the Fire Package. It may seem pricey, but it's worth it for the quality you receive in return. I highly recommend this spa to everyone. It's the best way to spend your birthday or any special occasion. Thank you to all the staff :)

We had gorgeous weather and such an incredibly relaxing and comfortable day. The calm and quiet atmosphere with essential oil diffusers in every indoor room, made for relaxation, help achieve a sense of deep serenity. The different types of saunas, a sizeable warm pool decorated with large standing stones, multiple hot/cold tubs, and  waterfalls are perfectly designed and organized for maximum peacefulness. We went on a Monday and avoided a crowd which just enhanced our experience as did the extremely lovely and friendly staff. They provide unlimited towels and a robe but you need to bring your own sandals. I had never been to a spa before and honestly had very little interest and low expectations. I did not expect to enjoy a hot steamy closed room or freezing/ hot water tubs with strangers. I was most pleasantly surprised at my experience here and would definitely return soon.
