I just want to say that Chantal is one of the most understanding owners/hosts of a massage place. I recommend everyone that I know go to excelsior for their messages. She understands when life happens, does not penalize you for one or two cancelled appts if something comes up and that’s the best thing a client likes when they choose a service. Non punitive.
