GoogleVery disappointing experience. I purchased a skincare product from this business based on their recommendation, after being told my preferred product was discontinued. Later, I discovered that the original product was actually still available, and the replacement they sold me was nearly twice the price. Not only did this product severely irritate my skin—which had been stable prior to this change—but when I reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund, I was essentially told it was my problem. Despite explaining that I felt misled by inaccurate information, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to consider a refund or any meaningful solution, citing policy rather than any genuine concern for customer satisfaction. If you value transparency, professional advice, and respect as a customer, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. This experience has been both frustrating and costly, and I would never purchase from them again.

On top of that she really knows her stuff so you can ask any questions you want about any concerns or specific treatments.
