Elena is an exceptional electrologist and esthetician. Her decades of experience and depth of knowledge are clearly evident in her work. Over the past year and a half, she has successfully and permanently removed unwanted facial hair and treated multiple skin tags using electrocoagulation, with excellent results. Beyond her technical expertise, Elena is genuinely kind, patient, and generous in sharing her knowledge. Throughout my treatments, she has offered valuable insights on skincare and other topics unrelated to my procedures, which I truly appreciated. While I do not have experience with other electrologists or estheticians for direct comparison, I strongly believe it would be difficult to find someone more skilled, professional, and caring than Elena.

I’m so glad I found someone as genuine as Elena after having to deal with a problem I never had after doing laser. It is so hard nowadays to come across a business who’s not just looking to take your money, but actually cares about their clients. It is evident that Elena is truly looking to help people.
