I had an amazing experience today with Alice! The eyelash extension service was fantastic—very professional and attentive to detail. My lashes look stunning, natural, and exactly what I wanted. The artist was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I came to this salon for a lash lift two months ago, and unfortunately, my lashes were ruined. I initially didn’t want to leave a negative review, thinking they would grow back in a month, but it’s been two months, and they’re still in terrible condition. I’m not sure what went wrong, but half of my lashes are still broken and tangled—I can’t even apply mascara. I’ve been getting lash lifts for the past five years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this. The lash technician was very professional and kind, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I just want to warn others that getting a lash lift here could potentially damage your natural lashes.
