TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. If you want to pay $10k for nothing but scarring, go to peter brownrigg. Had revision rhinoplasty with him 4-5 years ago. Like everyone else, same story. Friendly at first, 3d imaging looks incredible, post surgery result looks the exact same as before, and when I raised concerns that there was no result and nothing like the 3d imaging and I JUST wanted the tip to be rotated up, his suggestion was that I get therapy instead. He gaslit me so hard, made me feel crazy and unstable. When ALL I wanted was my $9k to go toward the rotated up tip that I’ve always dreamed of. I’ve been so traumatized ever since, feeling like I can’t trust any surgeon, terrified of losing a huge chunk of money again for nothing but bigger scarring. He’s ruined me.

I recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Brownrigg, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! At our first consultation, he was very straightforward and casual, which initially made me a bit nervous given how significant the procedure felt. However, looking back, it showcased his confidence and extensive experience. Dr. Brownrigg is truly the best rhinoplasty surgeon in Ottawa. His surgical nurse, Sara, was a joy to work with—she was incredibly welcoming and communicative throughout the process. The anesthesiologist at the surgical center was also fantastic, taking the time to address all my concerns. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Dr. Brownrigg for anyone considering rhinoplasty! I honestly wish I did this 10 years ago. xo

Unfortunately I have almost the exact experience as the client below me. I like Dr. B as a person and found him friendly but unfortunately my results are unsatisfactory. I have had 4 cortisone injections since my septorhinoplasty in January 2023 trying to reduce a bump formed on the left side of my nose after the procedure. The tip is not even close to meeting mine or his (according to 3d imaging) expectations. If you are looking for extensive tip work or septoplasty to improve breathing I unfortunately cannot recommend Dr. B. I wish I would have done more research instead of booking with Dr. Brownrigg out of convenience.

Found Dr Brownrigg friendly but after having rhinoplasty and spending a small fortune, the results were near non noticeable. Very dissatisfied. During post surgery appointments, they would give steroid injections in order to get better results, but the results didn’t change. Had I known that the final results would be minimal, I would have never spent the thousands of dollars I did. Very unsatisfied client

Dr. Brownrigg is not only a gifted plastic surgeon his bedside manner is fantastic!! Right from my 1st. visit to his office & meeting his lovely staff. I was treated with dignity & respect. Dr Brownrigg is honest & doesn't promise you the moon. He promises only what he knows what he can deliver. If he can do more during surgery then it's done very skillfully. I would highly recommend Dr Brownrigg.
