Dr. Ashley Tregaskiss - Pacific Plastic Surgery in Vancouver

Two weeks ago, Dr. Tresgaskiss performed a complicated face and neck lift, eye blepharoplasty, laser resurfacing, and fat injection on me. I am thoroughly over the moon elated with the remarkable results, which went beyond any of my expectations. The results are FLAWLESS and after just 2 weeks, I'm back at work and observing a noticeable change in how people respond to me. Because I do high-end videos representing luxury real estate, it's critically important that my appearance reflect the magnificent quality of the homes I represent - and now they do! Thank you Dr. Tresgaskiss. I believe this is a life-changing event. Trust his instincts! He's honest, ethical, and extremely talented. Canada is truly lucky to have this amazing talent!

I am writing this review after a long period of reflection, because I feel it’s important to share my experience for other patients considering surgery here. I underwent three breast surgeries with Dr. Tregaskis at Pacific Plastic Surgery in Vancouver. Not my original plan but due to complications. My stated goals from the beginning were very clear: more upper-pole fullness, prevention of bottoming out, reduced lateral movement, and a more centered appearance. Unfortunately, across multiple surgeries, these issues were not resolved. I experienced repeated bottoming out, lateral displacement, and significant animation deformity with implants placed under the muscle. The implant choices used were very wide with low projection, which multiple surgeons later confirmed were poorly suited to my anatomy and goals. When I asked about internal support options such as GalaFLEX, I was told it was “fiddly and tricky,” and it was not offered as part of my treatment plan. Ultimately, I sought care from a different surgeon, who corrected the issues using GalaFLEX and a different implant strategy. The difference in outcome was immediate and aligned with what I had originally requested. This surgeon explicitly stated that the previous implant choice was one of the worst options for my anatomy and desired result. But obviously I'm out of pocket with all of these additions costs of the revisions and finding a new surgeon entirely. Although I did receive a partial refund, it was provided informally in cash, which felt unusual (perhaps avoiding a paper trail? Not sure!) and did not come close to covering the additional financial, physical, and emotional cost of revision surgery elsewhere. I am not writing this review lightly or out of malice — revision surgery is complex, and complications can happen. However, after three procedures with the same unresolved problems, I believe patients deserve to know that implant selection, surgical strategy, and openness to advanced support techniques vary greatly by surgeon. I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to seek multiple opinions, especially if they have a petite frame, limited tissue, or specific aesthetic goals regarding upper-pole fullness and implant stability.

Dr T is truly a dream. He listened to each and every concern I had. And made my dream breasts come to life. I finally have confidence with my chest. And couldn’t recommend him and his team enough. Everyone is so kind and passionate with what they do. Easy to say Laura, Sam and Dr T are an absolute dream team. Will only ever go to them.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Tregaskiss and his team. He’s an incredible surgeon; easy to talk to, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. The results turned out even better than I hoped for, and I felt comfortable and confident through the whole process. A huge thank you to Sam for all her support and help along the way. She was always there to answer my questions, keep me calm, and make everything so easy. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Tregaskiss and his team. I highly recommend them!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Ashley Tregaskiss and his team. I initially chose him because of all of the great google reviews and stayed because of the time and care him and his team put into my care. I had a breast augmentation in July 2025 and they used top of the line simulations to help me make an informed decision on what sizing I wanted to go with. They met every request of mine and communications were prompt and professional. The day of surgery I felt very secure and comfortable, and they ensured everything went smoothly. My healing was quick with minimal pain, limiting my need for pain medications, and they followed up with me for a few days post op as well. Overall, I am thrilled with my results and I cannot imagine choosing another doctor and team for any future procedures or treatments.
