Dermapure Outremont in Montreal

I never been so disappointed by a clinic than this one, and looking at the comment section, I see I’m not the only one who’s been poorly treated by Dermapure outremont. First, they canceled my second appointment because their machine made to treat me was « away for technical reason ». I called them back to take my second appointment once again for another date. The very day I was supposed to be treated, they sent me a text message in the morning saying they had to cancel, again, because « their machine wasn’t back from the technical support ». I’m 3hours away from Montreal and i should’ve cancelled the Amigo lifts I had pay,( days in advance by the way), for this appointment. I called them that morning, two times. But because the two times they answered and hung up the phone to avoid talking to me, I decided to not cancel my lifts, and literally got there to have an explanation face to face. When I arrived, the lady explained that they were supposed to receive the machine that morning, and since they didn’t receive it, they then cancel my appointment. At that point I’m thinking, “Wow, so if the tool you guys are supposed to use for my treatment isn’t even there at your clinic, why even take an appointment with me when i called back in the first place? Plus not telling anything about it!” And above all, I just think they should have taken a date after the arrival of the machine, not the exact day, so that if they didn’t receive it they could just contact me to cancel! Because, then I asked the lady when they would have the machine back and she said they had no idea. So in conclusion, I wasted precious time and money, and because we’re approaching the holidays it’s been difficult for me to find another clinic in time to be treated before the festivities! So frustrating. It’s sad because I actually liked the results of my first treatment and i thought the lady treating me was nice. But I will never go there again because Dermapure outremont is UNPROFESSIONAL. They don’t even deserve a star, because you cannot count on them. If they would have just said to me we don’t have the machine, do you still want to take an appointment? Or at least do so the appointment wasn’t the exact day the machine would “come back”, so that I would know if they received it or not…I could take my appointment somewhere else in time! Anyways, you get the point, Dermapure Outremont is negligent and UNTRUSTWORTHY.

I am extremely disappointed and incredibly frustrated with the service I received—or rather, failed to receive—at this clinic. I made an appointment for a consultation and potential treatment, specifically requesting and confirming my booking with the technician. I waited two weeks for this appointment and made a long drive on my Saturday morning , only to be met with total incompetence. When I arrived, the designated technician was not available. The staff member who saw me had absolutely no idea what type of consultation I was there for, let alone the details of the service. It was clear the clinic's internal communication failed completely. This error wasted two precious hours of my weekend, the time spent driving, and two weeks of my treatment timeline. I felt completely dismissed and left more frustrated than when I arrived. I will never return to this clinic, and based on this disrespectful experience, I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking reliable or professional service.

I brought in my father for an evaluation. I was able to get an appointment quickly. 3 days later I brought in my father and the staff and Dr Rodriguez were very professional and put us both at ease. I do not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you !
