I am a client of Andréanne and followed her to Cosmo when she joined the clinic. She is hands down the best laser professional I’ve had (I’ve tried several at different clinics). I will literally go wherever she goes. She is an expert in her craft, she masters the theory and knowledge behind hair growth and laser technology. She is very adept at understanding different types of hair and really custom tailoring her approach accordingly. She’s not cookie cutter, and she won’t just blindly follow the guidebook. She really thinks through her plan for you. She makes you, the customer, feel at home and comfortable. Non-judgemental, puts you at ease, such a lovely disposition all in all. I would highly recommend her. I also am very appreciative of the owners (even though I have not met them), because they really take customer service seriously and it’s a pleasure to see in this day and age.

My absolute favorite spot for my laser and lash lift! I live in Dtown Montreal and love going to cosmo not only for the service but their equipments are very performant. The staff is super professional and the vibe is absolutely soothing.

The staff at Cosmo are incredibly charming, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had a skin consultation with Dounia, who immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. She asked all the right questions and put together a treatment plan tailored to my concerns and her professional recommendations. We proceeded with the treatment, and throughout the process, the staff made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. They are all incredibly sweet, and I would definitely recommend this clinic. While I haven’t noticed a significant difference in my skin just yet, what I can say with confidence is that the service is impeccable. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a thoughtful and professional skincare experience. ✨
