We are incredibly grateful to have Dr. Reiter as our daughter’s paediatrician. She is consistently attentive, patient, and genuinely present at every visit. She takes the time to answer all our questions, never rushes us, and her examinations are always exceptionally thorough. Before finding Dr. Reiter, we had been seeing family doctors, and the difference in depth of knowledge was immediately noticeable. Pediatrics is clearly her true specialty, her expertise gives us confidence, and her kindness gives us comfort. She cares deeply for her little patients, and it shows in every interaction. We feel very lucky to have her guiding our daughter’s care. Thank you, Dr. Reiter, for everything you do.

Seriously, who is in charge of HR at Medic Elle? The receptionists aren't just having a bad day; they have clearly achieved a notorious reputation for being the absolute rudest people in the entire medical system. Is there some specialized training program where they specifically teach staff how to scoff, roll their eyes audibly through the phone, and treat every single patient like a cockroach that just crawled onto the front desk? It genuinely feels like they set up a job fair specifically to recruit the worst of the worst people who actively despise their job and anyone who requires their help. It’s astounding that a medical facility can function when the first point of contact is clearly dedicated to making you feel like a profound inconvenience just for needing health care. Avoid this place at all costs. There is 0 professionalism or integrity here.

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for Dr. Reiter. She is truly exceptional with my kids—patient, attentive, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our visit felt reassuring and positive because she takes the time to listen, explain, and make the children feel safe and understood. We absolutely loved our experience with her and feel so lucky to have her as our pediatrician.

Deeply Disappointed with Front Desk Staff and Management As someone who works in the healthcare and disability field, I find it genuinely appalling that a medical clinic allows this level of unprofessionalism at the front desk—especially when patients calling in are often dealing with sensitive, vulnerable, or time-sensitive medical concerns. The reception staff at this clinic are consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. They frequently cut you off mid-sentence, act irritated and bothered from the moment they pick up the phone, and seem entirely uninterested in actually helping patients. There is zero empathy, zero patience, and absolutely no understanding of what it means to work in healthcare—let alone be the first point of contact for a clinic. Mind you, this is the job they have chosen.. What’s worse is that this isn’t a one-off experience. The reviews speak for themselves. Complaints about the rude and dismissive receptionists go back years, and yet nothing has been done. Instead, the clinic responds to nearly every critical review with a generic “we’re sorry to hear this, please contact us by email,” but no actual changes are made. It feels performative at best and negligent at worst. The hiring and training of staff clearly needs serious reevaluation. Front-line clinic staff should not make patients feel like a burden or like they’re being a nuisance for simply trying to access healthcare. I cannot emphasize enough how frustrating and disheartening it is to have to brace yourself before calling a medical clinic, knowing you’ll likely be spoken to with disdain or completely dismissed. It’s truly a shame, because some of the physicians are excellent. If I didn’t deeply value my family doctor (Dr Wiseman❤️) I would never step foot in this clinic again. I would especially advise anyone to avoid Dr. Tellier, as my experience with him was also poor and dismissive. Bottom line: This place could be so much better, but clearly the people in charge don’t care enough to make the necessary changes. Until then, I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. Patients deserve to be treated with basic human decency—especially in a healthcare setting.
