Chrysalis Rejuvenation Clinic at Ottawa Derm Centre in Ottawa

Sad to be posting this. Dr. Bernard Lalonde is a nice man, but the products are legitimately watered down and/or low quality. I saw another review stating the same when my partner and I were scouting for a regular doctor and brushed it off, but it’s unfortunately true. In my 3 years of getting forehead treatments and my partner’s 8 years of treatments for hyperhidrosis we’ve never had product that is this ineffective/doesn’t last. My partner experienced sweating within 2 months of treatment with Botox from this clinic; in her previous 8 years of treatments with Botox from other clinics it lasted for 7 to 9 months. My forehead wrinkles came back within a month or so of treatment; Botox from other clinics has always lasted 4-5 months. Both myself and my partner reached out respectfully to share the feedback and see if it was perhaps a “bad batch” and have yet to receive a callback or any offer of resolution.

I had two cycles of coolsculpting done mid August on my under chin, and now that I'm the full 12 weeks post procedure, I can absolutely say that I'm super pleased with my results! Everyone I dealt with at the clinic was really nice and professional, I'll definitely contact them again next time I need something done.

I did my first Botox recently and I’m overly impressed with how neat this procedure is!! I needed a lot of touch up a few weeks later but this is for sure something I will be investing in for the years to come!! Sadly I will be seeing another clinic as all my touch ups seemed to have been needed on one side of my face and I’m hoping for a more stable result with more a more skilled practitioner. I also ended up with quite the bruise under my right eye from hitting a blood vessel.

I have been going to Chrysalis Rejuvenation Clinic for several years. Dr.Lalonde saved me. I went to a plastic surgeon in Toronto and had a mini lift and fat injected into my face. Once the swelling went down I looked exactly the same before having the midi lift. I went to Dr.Lalonde and with the proper fillers he made me look amazing. Dr.Lalonde also attends courses, always educating himself with techniques that make a difference in how you look. I love that about him. Cassie and Suzanne are the first two ladies you see when entering the office. They are both friendly and also very knowledgeable. They also do procedures at the office and are fantastic at what they do. I guarantee you won't be disappointed with this Clinic.

The best skin clinic in Ottawa and I have been to many. Dr. Lalonde is very patient and professional, never makes you feel rushed when you are asking questions, and he really knows his stuff. I have had botox and fillers with him and he is incredibly talented at making a person look natural but much better. He also takes his time to make sure he fully understands what you are looking for before recommending a procedure. The staff is very friendly, discrete and helpful and always make you feel welcome. Can't recommend this clinic enough.
