CBAM Clinic - North Vancouver Branch in Vancouver

AVOID at all costs!!!! This clinic has renamed itself at “AAA Clinics” I visited this clinic back in July and have yet to hear back from them. Not sure how they completely ghosted my email but have the audacity to send me promotional text messages from a different number.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic in Vancouver. I booked a consultation only because I saw a post on their Instagram offering model discount filler treatments. I even confirmed this directly with their team before booking. When I arrived, the consultation lasted less than 10 minutes. The doctor mentioned filler or Sculptra, but the receptionist told me something completely different that there were no model discount filler treatments at all, even though it was clearly advertised on Instagram. I was charged $150 for this short consultation, and I was told this amount would be applied or refunded after the procedure. Since the treatment they promised didn’t exist, I couldn’t proceed, and now they are refusing to give me my money back. This is false advertising and very unprofessional. The clinic promotes something on social media to attract clients, but when you get there, it’s completely different. I feel misled and disappointed. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had high hopes for this clinic based on a friend’s recommendation. After recovering from a bad flu, she told me how much the Energy Drip IV therapy helped her regain strength and boost her immune system—so I decided to book a session myself, especially since I had upcoming travel and needed to feel better. To my shock and disappointment, I received a confirmation text just hours before my appointment, only to be called 30 minutes before my scheduled time and told it was canceled. No explanation, no earlier heads-up, just a last-minute cancellation after days of anticipating this much-needed treatment. This is completely unreliable and unprofessional—especially for a wellness clinic where people come seeking recovery and care. I genuinely felt my body needed this treatment, and I was left feeling incredibly let down. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dependable service or timely communication.

Went for lip filler and was really happy with the results and service! Sara was a great instructor and I left feeling really happy with my treatment. I was told aftercare, walked through the process and it was overall great! 🩷 Saba also is so great and always a pleasure to see and chat with when visiting!!

My experience with the clinic is always positive. Andra is very thorough as an instructor. She explains in great detail why things are done a certain way and finds solutions to your concerns. She gives great guidance to the students to ensure the treatment is close to painless. I will definitely be back.
