CAROLINE LAPORTE & CIE in Montreal

I’ve been a loyal client for years, never late, never missed an appointment, and have recommended many friends and family here. Recently, I received a call requesting my full credit card number, expiry, and CVV over the phone (my previous card expired). I didn’t feel comfortable sharing all that over the phone and said I would update it in person this week as I live 2 minutes away, especially with my appointment still two weeks away. Instead, my appointment was cancelled without warning. After years of business and support, this felt very dismissive and showed little value for loyal customers. This policy and the way it was handled (especially for someone who has been a recurring customer) were disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

Went a few weeks ago and I have to say, the attitude and service is top notch. Best place I've ever been to for that. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because there are a few things that made me uncomfortable. The first is asking for the credit card number over the phone in advance. It creates an atmosphere of distrust and stress. The second is suggesting amounts for tips on the machine when you pay. It makes the customer feel pressured. At $112 (with tax) an hour they are a bit on the high end cost-wise and if you add $10 or 15 tip as suggested, it makes it less accessible. Finally, a couple of suggestions to help make the experience more comfortable. Dim the lights as they are very bright and make it hard to relax. And have a variety of relaxing music. When I went it was the same tune on a loop. After an hour it gets rather unpleasant.

Been coming here for 5 years. I’ve tried many other places, but this place remains my favorite. Even after moving to the suburbs, I still take the time to come here. The fact that they are open on Saturdays is great. Special shoutout to Eliette. She goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for a while now; my go to place when I am in absolute pain and stress. The staff are very professional and nice. They are attentive to your needs and make sure you are taken care of. Marie Eve and Johanny are lovely

I've been coming here for almost 15 years now and this is THE place i refer all my patients to as well. I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I absolutely love love love this place and Caroline Laporte in particular. I have had other therapists as well and I've been utterly satisfied. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and very caring. I always leave feeling so much better and she has a way of getting to places with a gentle touch that is incredible effective. I'm always impressed and as a chiropractor, I am extremely picky 😀. You won't be disappointed!
