I have known RMT Annie for over a year now, and I consistently seek her expertise for shoulder and back massages. Each session comes with a bit of discomfort and tenderness, but I see this as a necessary sacrifice to alleviate years of pain. Typically, I feel sore for a day or two after my sessions, but by the third day, I experience a wonderful sense of relaxation and relief. I particularly enjoy her healing massage technique. There are times when I ask for lighter pressure, and she always makes the effort to accommodate my needs for the best results. Overall, I highly recommend Annie for anyone looking for therapeutic massage!

I have been having regular massage sessions with An-ni for a year. An-ni provides exceptional massage services and is incredibly skilled at identifying areas of discomfort, whether it’s my shoulders, neck, or back. What really stands out is An-ni’s excellent control of pressure — always strong enough to effectively relieve muscle tension and soreness, yet never so intense that it becomes painful. Each session leaves me feeling noticeably more relaxed and refreshed. Absolutely recommend.

Annie is an outstanding massage therapist. Her technique is precise and effective, helping me relieve muscle tension and improve mobility. She takes the time to understand my concerns and tailor each session accordingly. Her massage technique is very effective. Although it can feel a little painful at times, that’s normal—everyone has a different tolerance. For me, the pressure is exactly right, and the results are excellent. Annie is the reason I recommend this store. Her skill, professionalism, and genuine care make every visit worthwhile.

The space is tucked away from the busy streets of Yonge. Very beautiful and zen. Unfortunately I had some issues with my masseuse Annie. She was unprofessional and I will not be returning. Annie failed to adapt and adjust when I mentioned she used too much pressure. I went in for a neck and shoulder massage. And she would press onto my neck with her thumbs very harshly. It was uncomfortable and made me tense even more. I told her many times throughout the hour long massage. Near the end she zoned out and paused a couple times while massaging my neck. It was the worst massage I've ever had. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment which is a shame considering how nice the space is.

She listens, adjusts, and makes sure you feel safe and supported throughout. An-ni also brings a bold, warm, and uplifting energy into the room. She’s got a louder, lively personality that many people find comforting and fun, especially if you enjoy a therapist who feels genuinely connected and engaged. If you’re coming in purely for quiet relaxation, you may want to mention that, and she’ll adapt beautifully. She doesn’t waste a single minute of your session, communicates clearly during treatment, and you truly get every second of care you’ve booked. I left feeling re-knit, re-kneaded, and basically rebuilt. Highly, highly recommend.
