So happy I found Bluebird Laser. From my very first appointment, everyone has been so kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can really tell they care about their clients and take pride in what they do. They’re incredibly professional and skilled, and appointments are always efficient and quick but never feel rushed. The space is beautiful, bright, and very clean without feeling cold or like a doctor’s office. The results have been amazing. I’ve been to other laser places before and have honestly never seen results this good, which is why I feel confident recommending them. Special shoutout to Sai, who is truly the best. So knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and stress free. I genuinely love going to my appointments here. Amazing service, attentive staff. This place is welcoming to all. Their facility is clean and very well maintained, it has a calming vibe to it. Also bonus point for offering pre-surgery hair removal for the gender affirming surgery areas. I highly recommend this place, 10/10 I have no complaints.

This is my first time trying laser and the team at Bluebird is so, so lovely and really helped make the entire experience for me comfortable and easy! I have done around 6 sessions now and have noticed such a difference, which I can only attribute to my laser tech, Sai!! Sai is patient, quick and efficient but also funny and super easy to chat to -- as I'm chatting with Sai, I lose track of the time and next thing I know, we're done our session! The entire place itself is also very clean, quiet and it smells amazing from the moment you step in! Another shoutout I want to give is to Zoe at the front desk -- Zoe is the best and handles all my questions with ease!! Thank you to the Bluebird team :)

The facility itself is warm and inviting, yet immaculate, and it is staffed by professionals who are both embracing and utterly nonjudgemental. Whether you are making your first steps towards a gender transition—whatever your age—or a cisgender person of either sex simply dealing with unwanted hair, this is the ideal place in Toronto to address your dilemma. It occurs to me that for a process that is not always free of physical discomfort, the kindness and grace of my technician, and the serenity of the surroundings, still makes these sessions as enjoyable and affirming as a mini spa holiday. I cannot say enough good things about Bluebird, but come and see for yourself. I feel more "me" after leaving my sessions with Sai than I did when I walked in the door. She is magnificent A+++

Fully recommend, no complaints. The staff is amazing, skilled, respectful and they know what they are doing. The space is trans and queer inclusive, which is why i choose it in the first place and i’ve had amazing sessions with Jayne Sweet. I’ve completed four full face diode laser sessions so far and I always feel valued and the prices are worth their amazing services.
